The Role

As part of a supportive and values-driven People and Culture Team team, the Compliance Associate will work across Risk, Compliance and OH&S - delivering data management and analysis, well-coordinated systems and processes, and overseeing compliance training programs including mandatory and role-specific training for College staff.
You will enjoy working independently, as well as collaboratively, with a dynamic group of stakeholders that includes teachers, leaders and support staff across our Senior School, Junior School and Early Learning Centre.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification in Data Management, Risk and Compliance, Human Resources or a related field, along with experience in a similar role within a regulated environment.
You enjoy working across data, systems, and training coordination, ensuring accurate, consistent, and high-quality reporting and insights for key stakeholders.
Your service-focused approach, calm disposition, and ability to manage competing priorities will be key strengths in this role.
